Clockwise sailing ahead. The first weather forecasts are ticking in. It looks like as we are going into a period of high pressure and easterly winds. If this weather pattern will not change, Silverrudder Challenge for the first time ever (in it’s three years long life) will be sailed with Fünen to the starboard. The reason is that the race committee will avoid upwind sailing during the starts and in the most narrow and tricky part of the Sound of Svendborg.
